It takes a lot of people to put together an Archery Event! Volunteer now……
Set up & Tear Down:
Event set up will help with target set up, line set up and organization. Tear down will be at the end of the event on Sunday. Bring your work gloves and sense of humor!
Times: Friday- 9:00am until finished (lunch will be provided). Sunday- 3:00pm until finished (refreshments will be provided).
Raffle Sales:
Raffle sales run on Saturday and Sunday. With lucky draws for raffle prizes and a 50/50 jackpot you can sell tickets and chat with everyone! Working comfortably with cash is essential and salesmanship is a bonus!
Times: Saturday 3 hour shift positions, starting options: 9:00am or 12:00pm or 3:00pm. Sunday 3 hour shift positions, starting at: 8:00am.
3D Range Officials:
3D range officials run the shooting line. They keep people safe and keep the line running while keeping things on schedule.
Times: Saturday 2.5 hour shift positions, starting options: 8:00am or 10:30am, 1:00pm or 3:30pm; Saturday Shoot off: 5:30pm-finish. Sunday 2.5 hour shift positions, starting options: 8:00am or 10:30am.
Target Time Keepers:
Target Time Keepers work with the Target Officials to make sure timing is consistent and precise. Time keepers apply the rules fairly, are comfortable with technology and work well under pressure.
Times: Saturday 2.5 hour shift positions, starting options: 8:00am or 10:30am, 1:00pm or 3:30pm. Sunday 2.5 hour shift positions, starting options: 8:00am or 10:30am.
