Cancellation Policy: A competitor may request a refund if they have registered and are unable to atted the event. A 100% refund (minus any applicable transaction processing fees) will be available to those who register and cancel their registration before December 15, 2025. If they register and cancel from December 16-31, 2025, a 50% refund will be possible.

No refunds will be granted after January 1, 2026. A credit may be possible for the next Ironman subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that the shoot cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be given to all properly registered competitors.
